Talks and Events is one of Politeia’s main areas of work. Through it we organize meetings with figures from the political, diplomatic, academic, business, and institutional spheres, with the aim of bringing students closer to the debates and protagonists of public life.
Each activity is conceived as an occasion for serious, plural, and instructive exchange. The talks make it possible to approach current topics from different perspectives, learn about notable careers, and generate direct conversation between students and guests. It is not only about listening to presentations, but about building spaces for dialogue that connect university education with the concrete challenges of politics, public administration, diplomacy, economics, and institutional life.
Over the years, Politeia has hosted ambassadors, ministers, legislators, political leaders, academics, public officials, and prominent figures from a range of sectors. These activities help consolidate within the University an open, plural, high-quality space for thinking about public affairs.
